I have been working with couples for over Twenty Five years  to create one- of-a-kind menus for their dream weddings. I respect that each couple is made up of two unique individuals, and I like to showcase aspects that represent something about each of them. The couples always appreciate that I strive to “get them” - to personalize their wedding  so that the essence of the couple is evident on that most important day. I not only create the menu, I create an ambience that sets the tone for the event. The couple and their families know they can count on me to bring together all of the elements, including “just the right” linens and flowers to make it all complete. I feel fortunate that I have been able to cater to couples from traditional backgrounds, as well as couples of diverse cultural or social backgrounds.

 Additionally, I have been successful in planning vegan and gluten free menus, as I feel everyone should be able to have their special day no matter what dietary restrictions may apply. My goal is to always make a couple’s dream wedding a reality.
